Oleyl Amine Polyoxyethylene Ether (Ethoxylated Oleylamine, CAS 13127-82-7) is produced by addition polymerization of oleylamine and ethylene oxide. Multiple specifications with different EO moles are available.
Different from common alcohol ethoxylate surfactants, amine ethoxylate structure brings both surface activity and adsorption property on metal and fiber surface. It can form protective adsorption film to deliver lubrication and anti-corrosion functions. It can be used as single additive or compound with other surfactants to optimize formula performance.
Widely adopted in many industrial sectors. Raw material quality is strictly controlled, finished products are finely filtered to avoid turbidity and precipitates, meeting the requirements of export-grade industrial raw materials.
Metal Processing Industry
Used in water-based cutting fluid, grinding fluid, metal degreaser and rust inhibitor. Works as emulsifier, lubricant and corrosion inhibitor to reduce friction and provide inter-process anti-rust protection for steel, aluminum alloy.
Agrochemical Industry
Serve as emulsifier, spreading agent and penetrant for pesticide EC, EW and seed coating formulations. Enhance liquid adhesion and penetration on crop foliage to improve pesticide efficacy.
Textile & Dyeing Industry
Applied as leveling agent, wetting agent, anti-static agent and softener for synthetic fiber. Improve dye uniformity and eliminate static during textile processing.
Coatings, Resin & Plastic Field
Act as anti-static additive for plastic, dispersant and wetting auxiliary for water-based coatings and printing inks; also used as auxiliary additive for marine anti-corrosion paint.
Fine Chemical & Water Treatment
Can be used as flotation agent, auxiliary emulsifier for industrial water treatment, and raw material for daily chemical hair dye formulations.
Standard packing: 25kg plastic drum, 200kg iron drum. IBC tank packaging is available upon request. COA certificate is provided for each batch.
Storage conditions: Keep container tightly sealed in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Stay away from heat source and direct sunlight. Avoid long-term exposure to air to prevent oxidation and darkening. Finish consumption quickly after opening.
Transport information: Classified as ordinary chemical goods, non-dangerous goods. Secure drums firmly during transit to prevent inversion, heavy collision, rain and sun exposure. Do not transport together with strong oxidants, strong acid and strong alkali.
