Product Uses
Textile Industry: Used in dyeing, printing, and finishing processes where anionic penetrants can't be used, with a dosage of 1-5g/L. It also accelerates enzymatic desizing (starch desizing) at about 0.1% dosage.
Leather Industry: Acts as a penetrant and can also be used as a degreasing agent.
Wool Processing: In wool scouring, it removes dirt without residue, keeping fibers soft. In wool carbonization, adding 0.5-1g/L shortens the carbonization time and improves the effect.
Chemical Fiber Refining: For cellulose acetate and other synthetic fibers, adding 2-5g/L of JFC-2 and 5g/L of sodium chloride in the refining bath enhances refining results.
