Product Uses
Textile Dyeing & Finishing: Used in dyeing and finishing of cotton, linen, and other fabrics to remove dirt at low temperatures (dosage: 0.1 - 0.5 g/L), ensuring uniform dyeing and excellent color fastness.
Leather Processing: Applied in leather dyeing and finishing to improve the absorption of dyes and finishes, enhancing leather quality.
Resin Finishing & Pre-treatment: Serves as an auxiliary in resin finishing and pre-treatment processes, boosting processing efficiency.
Product Operate Guide
For textile dyeing and finishing (such as cotton, linen, etc.): When removing dirt from textiles at low temperatures, add 0.1 - 0.5 grams per liter. It can also be used as a dispersant in dye baths for disperse and vat dyes, with a dosage of 0.1 - 0.5 ml per liter.
For wool and silk dyeing and washing: In the washing and dyeing process, use 0.8 - 1 gram per liter. It is also suitable for one-bath dyeing of wool and silk under high pressure, with a dosage of 0.5% (by weight of fabric).
For resin finishing and as an emulsifier: The optimal temperature for the Penetrant JFC solution is 40℃. When used as an emulsifier, its dosage is 10% of the emulsified oil quantity. Ensure uniform mixing during application for the best results.
