Differences Between CAB-35 & CAB-50

A. Core Differences of Two Grades

1. Concentration Difference: CAB-35 active content ≤30%, total solid 34-37%; CAB-50 high concentration grade with active 42~45%, solid up to 48~52%. CAB50 has higher effective component, lower transportation cost per effective unit.

2. Viscosity & Thickening Effect: CAB-35 has better natural thickening property when compounded with anionic surfactant under pH5.5~6.5; CAB-50 needs extra dilution before formula blending, higher thickening efficiency per addition dosage.

3. Salt Content: CAB35 NaCl ≤7.0%, CAB50 ≤8.0%, CAB35 fits formulas sensitive to salt concentration.

4. Cost Performance: CAB35 is ready-to-use dilute grade for direct formulation; CAB50 high-concentrate for bulk manufacturers with self-dilution workshop.
