C8-10 Alcohol Ethoxylate Phosphate (CAS 68585-34-2) is synthesized via esterification of ethoxylated C8-C10 aliphatic alcohol with phosphoric acid. It is a common anionic phosphate ester surfactant.

The molecule contains both polyoxyethylene hydrophilic chain and phosphate polar group, balancing surface activity, alkali resistance and lubricating property. Different from ordinary surfactants, it simultaneously achieves penetration, degreasing, lubrication and temporary anti-rust effects. It can be used to prepare low-foam industrial cleaning agents to avoid excessive foam during spray washing. Strict filtration and process control guarantee stable appearance and consistent indicators, supporting continuous mass production and export supply.

Applications

1. Metal Processing Industry

   Main raw material for water-based metal degreaser, alkaline electrolytic degreasing fluid, metal cutting fluid, grinding fluid, rust inhibitor. Improve oil removal efficiency and offer short-term anti-rust protection for iron, steel, aluminum alloy.

   Used in low-foam spray cleaning agents, heavy oil cleaners for hardware, machinery parts, auto parts cleaning.

Transport information: Ordinary chemical goods, non-dangerous goods. Secure drums during transportation to prevent inversion, violent collision, rain and exposure to sunlight. Do not transport together with strong oxidants, strong acid and strong alkali.
