Product Operate Guide

According to the required solid content, add the measured emulsifier and engine oil to the emulsification vessel. The amount of emulsifier is 15-20% of the engine oil. For example, to prepare 1 ton of emulsion with 20% oil content, the oil is 200 kilograms, and the emulsifier is 20-40 kilograms, with the remaining water. The specific operation is as follows:

1. Add the measured oil to the mixer, start the stirring, add the measured emulsifier, and stir until the product is clear and transparent.

2. Add the measured water to another mixer, start the stirring, and add the mixed emulsified engine oil in a fine stream into the water and stir together. After adding, continue stirring until the emulsion becomes milky white and has a strong blue light. This emulsion has a long stability period.
