Penetrating Agent JFC with CAS No.68439-50-9 is a classic nonionic textile auxiliary synthesized from C8-C10 mixed fatty alcohol and polyethylene glycol. Free of APEO harmful substances, it complies with strict environmental regulations of Europe, America and Southeast Asia textile markets.
This product owns outstanding fast penetration performance, the penetration time of 1% aqueous solution is less than 5 seconds, which can rapidly permeate into fiber gaps, remove impurities on fabric surface and greatly improve the efficiency of textile pretreatment, printing and dyeing processes. Its pH value ranges from 5.0 to 7.0 with mild property, which will not corrode fiber structures or affect fabric color fastness. The cloud point of 40-50℃ ensures stable performance under common textile processing temperature.
It has excellent solubility, fully miscible with water, ethanol and multiple organic solvents, so customers can prepare different concentration working liquid flexibly according to production craft requirements. The flash point exceeds 100℃, eliminating flammable risks during storage and transit, and it belongs to ordinary chemical goods without dangerous goods shipment limits.
