    Product Introduction

    SG‑6 is low‑foam ester type non‑ionic surfactant synthesized from stearic acid and ethylene oxide condensation. It can disperse evenly in water, possesses remarkable emulsification, softening, lubrication and antistatic properties. Good compatibility with ionic and non‑ionic surfactants. Keeps stable within moderate acid‑alkali environment. Low foam characteristic makes it suitable for many industrial processing conditions.

Main Applications

1 Textile industry: Key component for synthetic fiber spinning oil agent. Acts as softener, lubricant and antistatic agent for polyester, acrylic and polypropylene fiber. Reduce yarn breakage during weaving process and upgrade fabric smooth hand‑feel.

2 Cosmetic and personal care: Works as co‑emulsifier for cream and lotion, recommended dosage 1‑3%. Stabilize cosmetic emulsion system and improve skin touch.

3 Lubricant and paraffin emulsification: Serves as co‑emulsifier for paraffin wax, widely applied in lubricating oil production system.

4 Industrial processing: Used for metal processing fluid, industrial cleaning formula, paper coating auxiliary agent, provide lubrication and dispersion effect with low foam performance.

5 Other fields: Can be compounded with other surfactants for multiple industrial auxiliary formulations.

Packaging and Transportation

Standard packing: 50kg plastic drum, 200kg plastic or iron drum, IBC tote tank is optional for bulk order. Custom packing specification is acceptable upon customer requirement.

Storage requirement: Keep stored in cool dry and well‑ventilated warehouse. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and moisture. Seal container tightly after usage. Shelf life is 2 years under proper storage condition.

Transport information: This product belongs to general chemical goods, non‑dangerous goods for sea and land shipment. Prevent violent collision and package damage during handling. Keep sealed state in transit.
