FAQ

1. Can AEO-5 dissolve in cold water?

AEO-5 has limited solubility in cold water (below 30°C) and may form a milky solution. For full dissolution, preheat water to 40-60°C first—this helps it mix evenly without clumps, ensuring stable formulation performance.

2. How to store AEO-5 to prevent quality degradation?

Store AEO-5 in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area (15-30°C) away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Seal the container tightly after use to avoid moisture absorption, which could cause caking. Proper storage preserves its emulsifying ability for 12-24 months.

3. Is AEO-5 safe for skin contact in cosmetic products?
