  3. Temperature: Optimal at 40-60°C; avoid over 80°C to prevent performance loss.

  4. Tips: Test small batches first. Compatible with most anionic/non-ionic surfactants for better stability.

  1. Q: How to store AEO-4 properly and what's its shelf life?
    A: Store it in a dry, ventilated area as general chemicals. For long-term storage, -20°C is ideal; 4°C works for up to 1 month. Unopened, its shelf life is 2 years .
  2. Q: Why is my AEO-4 emulsification effect poor, and how to fix it?
    A: It works best on vegetable oils, less on animal/mineral oils . Increase dosage (up to 5%), mix at 40-60°C, or blend with other surfactants for better stability .
  3. Q: Is AEO-4 compatible with other surfactants?
