Product Appearance & Shape

At 25℃, the product is colorless to pale yellow transparent viscous liquid. BPE-6 and BPE-10 have good fluidity at room temperature. High EO grade BPE-20 appears paste-like under low temperature and may become solid at lower temperature. The product features high transparency, no impurity, no stratification and excellent water solubility.

Detailed Product Introduction

Bisphenol A Polyoxyethylene Ether (CAS 32492-61-8 / Ethoxylated Bisphenol A) is polymerized from bisphenol A and ethylene oxide. It is a reactive polyether intermediate with 100% active content and no solvent added.

The product is divided into BPE-6, BPE-10, BPE-20 and other grades according to different EO addition ratios. Different models meet different formula requirements. Unlike ordinary surfactants, this product has reactive hydroxyl groups, which can optimize the molecular structure of resin materials and fundamentally improve toughness, adhesion and weather resistance.

With good water solubility, permeability, emulsifying and dispersing ability, it is widely used in high-end coatings, polyurethane materials, electronic packaging materials and composite materials. All products are finely filtered with stable quality, which can meet high-standard industrial and export-grade production requirements.

Wide Applications

1.Cathodic Electrophoretic Paint Industry

Used as professional toughening modifier to improve film flexibility, adhesion and anti-corrosion performance. It reduces film cracking, pinholes and orange peel defects, optimizes flatness and electrical stability. Widely used in auto parts, hardware workpieces and mechanical equipment electrophoresis coating.

2.UV Curable Coatings & Inks

Used for UV photosensitive resin modification and UV ink formulation. It lowers curing shrinkage, improves film toughness, wear resistance and yellowing resistance. Suitable for furniture UV paint, electronic UV coating and printing UV ink.

Transportation Information

This product is ordinary chemical goods, non-dangerous goods, non-flammable, non-toxic and non-corrosive. It can be transported by ordinary logistics. Fix the drums tightly during transportation to avoid inversion, violent shaking, rain and sun exposure. Do not transport with strong oxidants or strong acid-base materials.
