Polyether NPE-105 and NPE-108 belong to alkylphenol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether series, nonionic surfactant with CAS No.68891-11-2, manufactured as pale yellow liquid at ambient temperature. This series is classic low-foam industrial polyether developed for textile and synthetic fiber industries, featured by no swelling during water dissolution, stable surface activity and excellent low-temperature fluidity.

More suitable for synthetic fiber oil agent production, focuses on anti-static performance and low-temperature flow improvement for polyester, nylon fiber spinning oil; also used as emulsifier for oil-based textile auxiliary, low-temperature washing auxiliary.

Prioritized for textile printing & dyeing auxiliaries: leveling agent, dispersant, wetting agent and scouring agent in fabric pretreatment and dyeing process; works better in high-temperature dye bath due to higher cloud point, ideal for cotton & blended fabric dyeing washing.
Both grades dissolve completely in water without swelling, possess premium emulsification, detergency and penetration capacity;
Both serve as key component of synthetic fiber oil agent, with stable anti-static function and good low-temperature fluidity to prevent fiber breakage during spinning;
Both are low-foam surfactants, far less foam than conventional fatty alcohol surfactants, avoid bubble defect in continuous textile dyeing & washing production line.
