Product Uses
Paper Industry: It is used for paper sizing. When added to the paper-making process, it can effectively improve the water resistance of paper, prevent water from penetrating the paper easily, and at the same time enhance the physical strength of paper, making the paper more durable.
Textile Industry: This emulsifier is applied to textiles for waterproof and soft treatment. It forms a protective film on the surface of textiles to improve their waterproof performance, and also makes the textiles have a softer hand feel, enhancing the wearing comfort of fabrics.
Foundry Industry: It serves as a mold release agent for casting molds. During the casting process, it can reduce the adhesion between the casting and the mold, allowing the casting to be easily removed from the mold without damaging the surface of the casting, ensuring the surface quality of the casting.
Water-based Materials and Water-based Ink Industry: As an emulsifier and stabilizer, it can improve the stability of water-based materials and water-based inks, prevent sedimentation and stratification, and also enhance their overall performance, such as improving the adhesion and color fastness of water-based inks.

For 58# paraffin, to make 100kg of 30% wax emulsion (solid content: paraffin + emulsifier), prepare 70kg water, 23kg paraffin, and 7kg emulsifier.
Heat the water to 80-90℃. Mix the emulsifier with paraffin, heat to melt them.
Add the melted paraffin-emulsifier mixture to the hot water, stir well, keep warm for 10 minutes.
Cool the mixture to get a concentrated emulsion with blue light, ready for use.
