Usage & Handling Guide

2、Dosage: Use 0.5-5% (by weight) based on application—1-3% for detergents, 2-5% for metal cleaning, 0.5-2% for textiles.

3、Safety: Wear gloves/eye protection; rinse with water if in contact with skin/eyes.

4、Storage: Keep sealed in cool (10-30℃), dry place; avoid sunlight and incompatible chemicals (strong acids/bases).


FAQ

1、Q: What if E-1008 doesn't dissolve well in water?

A: Ensure water temperature is 20-40℃ (not too low) and stir at 500-800 rpm. If still undissolved, check if the product is within shelf life—expired items may have poor solubility. Avoid mixing with cold water directly.

2、Q: Can E-1008 be mixed with strong acids or alkalis?

A: No. It's stable only in pH 5-9. Mixing with strong acids/bases will break its structure, reducing performance. If accidental mixing occurs, discard the solution and restart with a neutral system.

3、Q: Why does the product's color change slightly after storage?

A: Slight off-white tint (from colorless) is normal if stored properly (10-30℃, sealed). It doesn't affect performance. But if it turns yellow/brown, it may be exposed to sunlight or high temps—do not use.

4、Q: Is it safe to adjust the dosage beyond the recommended 0.5-5%?

A: Not recommended. Exceeding 5% may cause excessive foam or residue; below 0.5% leads to weak performance. Adjust only within the range based on your specific application (e.g., 1-3% for detergents).
