【Application】
Add the emulsifier and amino silicone oil to the emulsification tank according to the required solid content. Use 10 parts of emulsifier and 20 parts of amino silicone oil. Mix them thoroughly, then add 0.15 parts of activated acid and 5 parts of water. Stir for 20-30 minutes. Slowly add 20 parts of water and stir for 30 minutes. Then dilute with 20 parts of water and stir for 10-20 minutes until a uniform emulsion is formed. Add 0.15 parts of acetic acid and adjust the pH to 5.5-6.0. Dilute with 25 parts of water and stir for 10-20 minutes until a uniform emulsion is obtained. Take a sample, check the appearance as a transparent liquid, filter and package. (For reference)
【Emulsification Method】
Positive phase emulsification method: Add the emulsifier and amino silicone oil in a certain proportion to the emulsification tank, mix thoroughly, add part of acetic acid and water, stir for a period of time, then slowly add water for dilution, and finally adjust the pH to 5.5-6.0 to form a uniform emulsion. For example, 10 parts of emulsifier, 20 parts of amino silicone oil, 0.15 parts of acetic acid, and 70 parts of water are added in sequence.
Reverse phase emulsification method: Add the emulsifier and water to the emulsification tank, heat to 60℃ and stir evenly. Add acetic acid, then slowly add amino silicone oil, stir, adjust the pH to around 7, stir to cool down to below 40℃, and obtain a transparent micro-emulsion. For example, a ratio of 5 parts of emulsifier, 35 parts of water, 0.1-0.15 parts of acetic acid, and 10 parts of amino silicone oil.
